All bid items are sold as is. BuyInsuranceSalvage.com, and its affiliates, does not provide a warranty nor does it guarantee any of its salvage items, including the accuracy of odometer or hour meter readings as well as the structural, mechanical and or electrical condition of its salvage items.

The information pertaining to items listed on this website is designed to both reflect and summarize specific details concerning the said items, and is not necessarily a comprehensive or entirely accurate description of said items. All items sold F.O.B. as described.

BuyInsuranceSalvage.com will not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from the statements or other representations, actual or implied, contained in or omitted from this website.

BuyInsuranceSalvage.com will not be held liable for any reason due to the rejection or waiver of any bid. As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with BuyInsuranceSalvage.com if your bid is selected. Bids are not retractable, except in exceptional circumstances such as when BuyInsuranceSalvage.com materially changes the item's description after your bid.

Bidders should seek their own professional advice in respect to having the items viewed, inspected and or tested where appropriate and or available.

The tender and sale of items shall be subject to the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, including:

The buyer will additionally pay all PST and GST on salvage items where applicable.

Any additional charges incurred as a result of the type of payment chosen will be the responsibility of the bidder. Charges imposed by BuyInsuranceSalvage.com such as buyer’s fees and or Credit Card fees will be added to the total amount of the salvage bid and will appear on your invoice.

Payment must be made within three (3) business days of the notice of the acceptance of your bid and or receipt of your invoice. Any breach of the payment policy may result in a suspension from the site usage.

The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the loading and transporting of all their salvage items.

BuyInsuranceSalvage.com will not accept offers from bidders unless they are received before the posted closing date and time. Late bids will not be considered.

In the event the same party or person(s) has more than one bid in the same competition, only the highest bid will be accepted.

Failure to abide by the rules may result in a disqualification from the tendering process. The period of disqualification could be anywhere from three months to permanent.

BuyInsuranceSalvage.com reserves the right to reject any bid at any time.

Only the top bidder will be contacted. The top bidder will, at that time, be instructed on how to complete the transaction and all arrangements for the salvage item(s) to be picked up will be made.
